Camp Howard

A complete renovation of the existing home with a 20 x 20 foot edition to the north side of the house and a 9 x 26 foot edition to the south side. Existing roof replaced with a new cathedral style structure framed with 4 x 10 inch exposed Douglas fir beams. The completed structure provides over 5,000 square feet of indoor living space.

Features of the project included the following:

• Custom made mahogany staircase with maple nosing
• Antique pine beams re-sawn and used for flooring throughout the house
• Excavated and installed 20 x 20 foot sub-basement housing all of the utilities
