Garland Street

A complete renovation of the existing home with a new two car garage and overhead deck added at the rear of the house. Extended the living room and added a new dining room, kitchen, office and gym. Excavated and installed a new drainage system around the house and erected a field stone retaining wall at the rear of the home.

Features of the project included the following:

• Installed mahogany floors with maple inlay in the new additions
• Large deck on top of the garage with cedar railings and balusters
• Removed existing and installed new heating and air conditioning systems
• Replaced the baseboard, trim and molding throughout the home with mahogany
