Hartford Street

Demolished the existing house and built a 5,000 square foot four bedroom home with three and a half bathrooms and full walk out basement. The front entrance was constructed from solid slabs of granite with four supporting columns and a Juliette balcony. The master bedroom has private solid mahogany deck with cedar railings and balusters.

Features of the project included the following:

• Four zone hydro air system for heat and air conditioning
• Triple crown moldings and maple floors with walnut inlays
• Mahogany staircase and balcony with maple inlay and nosing
• Black marble fireplaces with maple and walnut mantelpieces
