Completely gutted the bar and dining room areas of the existing bar and restaurant, and converted the space into a Mediterranean style bistro and bar. Rewired the premises and installed a new HVAC heating, ventilating and air conditioning system.

Features of the project included the following:

• Solid illuminated marble bar countertop with under counter lighting
• Coffer ceiling in dining room area with triple moldings
• Off raised panel under bar countertop with copper insets
• Curved top at back of bar built in plaster with inlaid mirrors
