Grafton Street

Relocated an existing bar and restaurant from a 2,000 square feet area into a much larger 5,000 square feet of space. Installed a new HVAC heating, ventilating and air conditioning system. Transformed the comfort and style of the original location into the new much larger premises.

Features of the project included the following:

• Custom made mahogany folding windows that open out into the street
• Italian slate flooring in the bar area and blue stone countertop
• Black back bar cabinets with hanging glass shelving and alabaster inlays
• Mahogany front entrance custom built with stained glass and inner door
